Success doesn't come easily, it takes hard work and it comes to those who are willing to take risks and dare greatly! Our Annual Sales Conference was a call to action for all of us at Pump & Abrasion to step out of our comfort zones, take risks and dare to strive for greatness. It is with this courage that we will have the potential for incredible rewards.
Team members from our Pump & Abrasion Technologies’ North America, Canada, Australia and Africa offices flew in for the conference, making it a truly international event. The conference was not only a time for learning and strategising about what is trending in the mining industry, but also a time for team building and collaboration. We spent three full days sharing information and insights, and having important discussions that were aimed at improving our problem-solving ability. It was a time to listen, share, and work together towards PABT’s goals and future-focused vision. The conference was a reminder that we are all in this together, and that collaboration within the company is key to achieving success.
Another Great highlight of our Annual Sales Conference was our guest speakers. Pierre Spies, former Springbok rugby player, shared his story of leadership and teamwork. He inspired us to come together as a team and work towards a common purpose. Bakkies Botha, brand ambassador for Curve Gear & PABT, spoke about his story and development as a rugby player, motivating our team of pump system specialists to never give up and to never back down.
As a team, we embraced this theme wholeheartedly and left the conference feeling empowered and motivated to achieve our goals and the united goals of the company. We are excited for the year ahead, and we know that with a clear vision, purpose and by working together, we are unstoppable.
