The dry-gland seal of the Curve yields a class-leading design both in the vane profile, thickness and efficiency (diameter ratio). Due to the increased diameter ratio between the impeller and expeller, the Curve can seal higher suction pressures, further expanding the application of the dry gland seal option.
Offered in high-chrome as standard to ensure a significant extended operating life and can handle dirty gland service water with ease. The design allows for multiple lantern ring inlet holes for gland service water to infiltrate, preventing sealing arrangement failures due to blockages.
